Why This Blog is in "Time Out"

I sometimes like to imagine that there is at least one reader out there who visits this blog every day, perhaps even every hour, or is even loony enough to visit “Flash Fiction” by the minute. To such a reader, I apologize for the long delay in writing fresh material. My excuse is simply that my domestic life fills my days with raising a child, growing another child in my womb, tidying the house, hunting, gathering, preparing meals, and singing songs around the fire.
